
Sunday the 22nd of January saw us at Christine and Ben’s house for a Chinese New Year celebration with Ben’s graduate school friends. Among many extraordinary dishes, Peter and I prepared these buns, which were a great success.

Thank you! They were very tasty. I think next time we’ll try crock-potting the pork all day so that it’s more like pulled pork rather than chopped pork.
